All quotes provided by Drywall Design Innovators are estimates based on the information given by the client.
Final pricing may change if
• the scope of work changes
• additional repairs are required
• unexpected conditions are found at the job site
We will always communicate any changes before continuing the service.

3. Appointments and Scheduling
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring access to the job location at the scheduled time.
If rescheduling is needed, we request that clients notify us as soon as possible.

4. Payments
Payment terms will be clearly discussed before the start of the project.
Depending on the size of the job, a deposit may be required to secure materials and labor scheduling.
Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure the workspace is safe, accessible and free of obstacles.
Clients are also responsible for informing us about any structural issues, electrical hazards or other conditions that may affect the service.

6. Warranty and Work Quality
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience an issue related to our service, please contact us promptly.
Damage caused by misuse, impact, water leaks or conditions outside our control is not covered.

7. Cancellations
Clients may cancel a scheduled service, but deposits (if provided) may be non-refundable depending on materials purchased or time reserved.
We will always communicate these details clearly before accepting any payment.

8. Limitation of Liability
Drywall Design Innovators is not responsible for
• damage caused by pre-existing issues
• delays due to weather, supply shortages or conditions outside our control
• additional costs resulting from misinformation provided by the client
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
